Panel Discussion on Contemporary Drawing

A panel discussion on contemporary drawing, led by Paul Newland NEAC, featuring fellow members of the New English Art Club, Tessa Coleman, Benjamin Hope and Toby Ward.

The panel will discuss:

• Pictures by earlier members of the New English Art Club (including Walter Sickert and Sir William Orpen) and the drawings that informed them
• Their own practice
• Other artists who have influenced their thinking with respect to drawing

The audience will be invited to ask questions or make observations on any and all things drawing.

Our Annual Exhibition is now firmly established as a fixture of the London Summer Season. Every year, we run a series of events and workshops associated with the exhibition where we encourage people of all abilities to get involved, so that our established members can assist and encourage emerging artists.
