The sessions this term will be taught by Mick Kirkbride NEAC. All levels of ability are welcome, with some basic materials provided. Poses vary from short to more sustained, with an emphasis on exploring the broad language of drawing through a flexible approach, and varied methodology.
Alex Fowler will set up an array of still life objects looking at colour relationships as equivalents to what we see. You will be taught how to adjust colour relationships until they sing, one against another and all in the service of the whole.
Jason Bowyer will lead this workshop which will encourage you to explore wet and dry media together. The park offers a myriad of pictorial possibilities, and Jason's robust approach and wealth of teaching experience will excite your thinking, and develop your visual language
Neil Pittaway will lead this workshop in which you will be shown how to interpret landscape subjects working directly from exhibits in the NEAC exhibition and with provided source material in the Learning Centre. You will develop a range of techniques and methods to improve your drawing outcomes.
