How clothes fit on a figure: Half-Day Workshop with Richard Sorrell: Hampstead School of Art, London
This workshop will look at the nude and clothed model and try to understand how the shape of the body affects the clothes that are worn.
How do the creases of a sleeve work? How does a scarf drape across shoulders? This sort of knowledge helps an artist to draw and paint figures more convincingly.
All levels of ability are welcome.
