Join Charles Williams NEAC RWS for a visit to Christie’s in St. James’, looking at forthcoming sales containing, among other things, work by Post-Impressionist painters. Afterwards, we will go to the National Gallery to add some historical context to the day.
About your tutor: Charles Williams, former curator of the NEAC Education Programme, was until recently Programme Director of Fine Art at Canterbury Christ Church University. A member since 1996, he has a longstanding interest in the historical development of the New English Art Club and its relationship to the British and Continental avant-gardes and art worlds.
