Francis Bowyer will be running two short courses out on location in the beautiful landscape of the Heritage Coast of East Suffolk in July 2022. He will be joined by two distinguished artists, Mick Kirkbride on Course 1, and Sula Rubens on Course 2. There is enough variety of subject/scenery for you to attend both courses, if you wish. You will be being taught and work alongside these well-known artists. You will be required to have some knowledge and skills in drawing and painting.

Course Information
There are a limited number of places on each course, which will be informal and relaxed. Each 3-day course will be based around the needs of the individual student; some may just want to paint alongside us and some may want more structure and guidance, so we shall talk with each student at the start of the course.
Each day’s painting will be followed by a group critique and discussion forum. This area of the coast has an abundance of subject matter, although you will need to be mobile - access to your own car (or a chauffeur!) will be important. Moonlight or sunset painting on one evening per course, depending on weather conditions.
