New English Art Club Annual Exhibition 2004

This year has seen another extremely successful Open Exhibition with 73 works sold totaling £130,000. The standard again surpassed previous years making the judges task in chosing the prize winners harder than ever. Peyton Skipworth of the Fine Art Society gave the David Wolfers Memorial Lecture: ‘Keeping the Home Fires Burning’ 1910 - 1945. The talk was extremely insightful and immensely interesting. The club would like to thank Peyton for an outstanding lecture.

Sadly Departed

This year the club lost four of its members:

They were all valuable members and much loved and we shall miss them a great deal.
