Mary Jackson is a painter of figurative landscape
and still life subjects in oil and watercolours.
Working away from the studio has always been
an integral part of her painting. Whether travelling
or in the countryside, this approach revitalises
her perception and revitalises her images which
are then taken back to the studio where the
gathered material is worked out in her painting.
Her paintings have been exhibited at the Royal
Academy, the Mall Galleries, the Bankside Gallery
and the Royal West Academy.
